Nash is a non-custodial exchange. This means that we do not have access to or control over user accounts. The user is in full control of their assets. All Nash can do is prevent an account from trading on the Nash Exchange. 

This means that, if someone steals your private keys, they are able to withdraw assets from your Nash account.
