To start the KYC process, open the Nash app and tap on Get Started.

Face and ID verification

In this step, the app will go through the process of scanning your face, and a valid identity document. 

Valid documents are: 

1. A Government-issued identity card with MRZ (Machine Readable Zone) 
2. A passport
3. In the Netherlands, we also accept a driving license

We do not accept: 

1. Driving license (except in the Netherlands)
2. Voting card
3. Student card

Please make sure there is enough natural light present. You can find our picture-capturing guidelines here.

Tap Continue to start the verification process and follow the steps in the app. The verification process shouldn’t take more than 2 minutes.

After a successful face scan, we are required to ask you further information regarding your residential address, current job status and the purpose of your account.
