Accessibility at Nash
Nash is committed to making its website, web app and mobile apps accessible and usable for all customers.
Accessibility features
Nash supports accessibility through features such as:
- Keyboard navigation;
- Clear page and screen structures;
- Readable text, labels and instructions;
- Browser zoom up to 400% on the Nash website;
- Sufficient colour contrast;
- Clear forms, input fields and error messages;
- Responsive layouts for different screen sizes;
- Compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies.
Nash is designed to work with accessibility features available through customers’ own browsers, devices and operating systems, including screen readers, magnification, display scaling, keyboard controls, and colour or contrast settings.
Nash’s website also includes an accessibility support widget that allows users to adjust certain display and usability settings, such as text size, contrast or other accessibility preferences where available. This widget is intended to provide additional support for general accessibility needs and does not replace Nash’s broader accessibility measures.
Tested assistive technologies
Nash has tested key customer journeys using standard Microsoft and Apple accessibility support tools, including:
- Microsoft Narrator;
- Microsoft Magnifier;
- Microsoft keyboard navigation and focus controls;
- Microsoft colour and contrast accessibility settings;
- Apple VoiceOver;
- Apple Zoom;
- Apple keyboard navigation and focus controls;
- Apple display and contrast accessibility settings.
These tools worked as expected for the relevant tested journeys.

Where appropriate, Nash can provide reasonable guidance, support, or an accessible alternative way to access information or use a service, provided this can be done securely, lawfully and in accordance with Nash’s regulatory obligations.
