The reward time-lock period for my NEX tokens has elapsed but I can’t find the tokens in my account.
Once your reward time-lock has completed, you must release your locked tokens to receive them back into your account.
- Select Nex Token from the drop-down menu in the top left-hand corner of the Nash web platform.
- Navigate to the Completed stakes tab.
- Click on Release NEX if you want to withdraw your NEX. Alternatively, you can create a new stake.
