Understanding KYC: A guide to Nash's verification tiers.
For legal reasons, we have to verify your identity if you wish to trade above certain limits or use our fiat-services (buying and selling crypto and Nash Earn). Tier 0 verification is available automatically, but you must supply the information requested below to qualify for a higher tier.
Tier 0:
Maximum trading volume on the Nash L2 Exchange:
$5,000/day - $30,000/month - $365,000/year
This tier is automatically set when you create your Nash account.
On this tier, you won't be able to use our fiat services, such as buying and selling crypto or Nash Earn. To access these services, you'll need to pass Tier 1 or a higher level of KYC verification.
Tier 1:
Maximum trading volume on the Nash L2 Exchange:
$500,000/day - $5,000,000/month - $25,000,000/year
To qualify for this tier, you will need to pass Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in the Nash mobile app. To complete the verification process, please refer to our guide here, which provides step-by-step instructions on how to pass KYC.
Tier 2:
Maximum trading volume on the Nash L2 Exchange:
$2,500,000/day - $25,000,000/month - $250,000,000/year
To qualify for Tier 2, please contact our support team.
Tier 3:
Tier 3 is exclusively reserved for institutions. There is no maximum trading limit on this tier, and it is designed to meet the needs of businesses and organizations.
To qualify for Tier 3, please first complete a regular Tier 1 identity verification of at least one Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) of your business using the Nash mobile app. Once the UBO verification is complete, please create a new account in the name of your business using your business email address.
To proceed with Tier 3 business verification, please contact Nash directly. Our team will guide you through the verification process, which includes providing the following information:
- Company name
- Nash login email (of your company account)
- Name of manager + role in the company
- Company address

- TIN (Tax Identification Number)
- Corporate formation documents / company incorporation certificate
