Why did my Nash Debit Card purchase fail?
There are several possible reasons why your purchase might have failed:
- Transaction declined: Your card cannot be used for the type of transaction you’re attempting. Please confirm whether Visa cards are accepted as a payment option.
-
Insufficient funds: Your card balance is insufficient.
- If you are using Euro, ensure you have a sufficient balance in your IBAN account.
- If you are using Bitcoin, ensure you have at least €50 worth of BTC in your wallet after the purchase. - 3D Secure System Malfunction: There may be an issue with the Visa security system at the time of purchase. Please try again later or with a different card.
-
Transaction declined by the card issuer:
Some safety features may have been triggered by the Visa security system, causing your debit card to be temporarily held. The purchase session may also have been locked due to multiple declined payments. In this case, please reach out to us at support@nash.io for assistance.
