I’ve sent a token on the wrong chain, how can I recover my funds?
If you send tokens to the wrong chain, for example, sending USDC on Ethereum to a Polygon address, you can recover your funds by importing your Polygon private keys into Metamask.
You can find your Nash private keys here: https://app.nash.io/settings/accounts
How to import your private keys into Metamask
- Click on the circle logo
- Click on Import Account
- > Enter your private key
> Click on Import
How to add a new network
After importing your private key, you may need to add the network which holds the token since Metamask doesn’t support all networks by default.
- Click on Ethereum mainnet
- Click on Add Network
- Enter the credentials below for the Network you wish to add:
Avalanche:
Network Name: Avalanche
New RPC URL: https://api.avax.network/ext/bc/C/rpc
ChainID: 43114
Symbol: AVAX
Explorer: https://snowtrace.io/
Binance Smart Chain (BSC):
Network Name: Smart Chain
New RPC URL: https://bsc-dataseed.binance.org/
ChainID: 56
Symbol: BNB
Block Explorer URL: https://bscscan.com
Polygon:
Network Name: Polygon
New RPC URL: https://polygon-rpc.com/
ChainID: 137
Symbol: MATIC
Block Explorer URL: https://polygonscan.com
Then click on Save
