How do I change my name and residential address?
To change your name or residential address, you will need contact our support team at support@nash.io. We will send you a request to submit new documents through the Nash app.
For a name change, you will need to submit a government issued ID such as a passport or an identity card with your new name.
To change your address of residence, you will have to provide us with a proof of residency document at your new address, such as a bank statement, utility bill (gas, phone, water, ...) or any official document showing your full name and address.
We will change your details after verifying your documents.
The requested documents should be submitted through the Nash app only. Please do not send them by email.
