The exchange is not loading. I receive the error “Failed to load. Please retry.”
This occurs when there is an interruption between your connection and the exchange.
Please try following these steps:
- Close your browser.
- Sync the internet time on your computer. Instructions can be found here.
- Clear all cache and cookies from your browser for all time.
- Clear your proxy settings. More information can be found here.
- Perform a hard reset on the exchange page (Windows: ctrl + F5; Mac: ⌘Cmd + ⇧Shift + R) and try again.
- Make sure app.nash.io is not blocked by your network firewall or an anti-virus program.
