I sent an Ethereum-based (ERC-20) token to my wallet on the Nash Exchange, but I can’t find it.
At the moment, Nash only displays the 168 assets that are in our backend database. We support all NEO-based assets and around the top 100 Ethereum-based assets.
This means that, if you have an Ethereum-based asset that is outside the top 100, you can send it to your Nash account but will not be able to see it or interact with it within the Nash web platform.
Your tokens are not lost, however. You are able to interact with them using another wallet service (e.g. MyEtherWallet) if you extract the private key for your Nash Ethereum account. This is accessible under “My profile> Accounts” within the Nash web platform.
