I sent an Ethereum-based (ERC-20) token to my wallet on the Nash Exchange, but I can’t find it.
Nash funds management tools display the assets that are in our backend database. We support all NEO-based assets and over 1,200 Ethereum-based assets.
If you have an Ethereum-based asset that is not in our database, you can send it to your Nash account but will not be able to see it or interact with it using our tools.
Your tokens are not lost, however. You are able to interact with them using another wallet service (e.g. MyEtherWallet) if you extract the private key for your Nash Ethereum account. This is accessible under “My profile> Accounts” within the Nash web platform.
- Click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen and select “My profile”.
- Select the “Accounts” tab from the menu at the top of the screen.
- Click on “Show private key” next to the desired account. Alternatively, click “Show all private keys” to display keys for every account.
- Enter your password and two-factor authentication (2FA) code. Click "Submit" to reveal your private keys.
Please consider contacting our support team and we will investigate adding support for the token in question.
