I am unable to log in to my Extension wallet. It says that username and password not stored locally.
Nash is a non-custodial platform, so we do not store your credentials. If your local storage is cleared (your cache, for example), then the information in your browser is not preserved.
There are four ways to recover your account:
- Private key backup code
- Encrypted key
- Private Key
- Wallet keystore file/JSON
We instruct you, when creating Extension accounts, to back up this information in a safe place for the purpose of account recovery.
