I requested a password reset but did not receive an email.
This could be due to one of four reasons:
- No Nash account is associated with the email address you entered. To check this, please see whether you received a verification email from Nash at this address.
- Your account is temporarily/permanently blocked. If your account is blocked, the system will not generate a password reset request. Please contact our support team at email@example.com to unlock your account.
- The email was classified as spam. Please check your spam folder.
- Your email provider is blocking all emails from Nash. Email providers like Hotmail have a strict email filtering system. Please whitelist all emails from nash.io then submit a new password reset request.
