Nash Exchange B.V. referral rush campaign is subject to these Terms and Conditions. 

Eligibility: The Nash Referral Program ("the Program") is open to two groups:

1. New customers of Nash who have never previously created a Nash account, sign up for a Nash account, complete the registration process, complete their KYC verification, buy any amount of crypto and are Nash customers in good standing. ("Eligible New Customer").
2. Existing qualifying Nash users who successfully refer Eligible New Customers. Referrers who are already customers in good standing of Nash become eligible when they tell their personal friend who might be interested in crypto about Nash and who becomes an Eligible New Customer. Individuals failing to meet the conditions outlined in this paragraph are not eligible for this Program. Nash reserves the right to decline enrollment requests in the Program without notice and at its sole discretion.

Offer: Under the Program, Nash will provide a €20 reward to both the referrer and the referral upon the referral's successful sign-up, completion of their ID verification, deposit of EURO, purchase of any cryptocurrency and submission of required details into this form. Participants in the Program will receive a €20 reward.

Limitations: Rewards will only be credited if the referred Nash account is successfully created and the referred Nash account buys crypto with EURO. The reward, when combined with the value received from all other offers in the current calendar year, may not exceed €2,000 per household per year. Nash reserves the right to decline to grant or rescind a reward if fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms is suspected. Only one offer is available per qualified referral, with a maximum of one account per referred client. Rewards will be credited to the referrer’s Nash account within approximately one week after the campaign ends. Nash reserves the right to change the offer terms or terminate the offer at any time without notice. The offer is not transferable, saleable, or valid in conjunction with certain other offers. The offer is only available for personal use and may not be used for commercial purposes.

Taxes: Tax implications related to this offer are solely the responsibility of the participants. Participants should consult with their tax advisor regarding the appropriate tax treatment for this offer and any tax implications associated with receiving a reward.

Note: Cryptocurrencies available on the Nash platform are subject to market volatility and may fluctuate in value. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
